Emefa Akosua Dankwa is a lawyer and an Estate and Valuation Surveyor. She holds a BSc. Degree in Land Economy and a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. Emefa holds a Diploma in project management from GIMPA and LLB from University of London. Emefa was called to the Ghana Bar Association in 2017.
Emefa has considerable experience in securities/title perfection whilst she also practices in the areas of property law, family law, commercial transactions and debt recovery.
